Makkey ki Kachori & Chai

What else one can desire on a lazy Sunday after noon....I was having so many clothes to wash ...and then a Engineer also want some reward for all the deeds he does ....so finally todays saga was concluded by Makkey ki Kachori and Chai (मक्के की कचोरी और चाय )....

For the proof readers here are the pics....Recipe is simple but preparing these kachori is hell of a task...

You need to extra careful while preparing the dough...coz the flour is little corse...so little bit of patience is all you need..pinch of salt and pinch of termeric and another pinch of red chilli powser along with some fav chaat masala is something which makes the kill....

Now we go for a long cup full of Tea, boiled with Tulsi and Ginger...along with aachar of two kinds...Mango and Red chilly...both from fabindia :) and lo and behold the Nashta cum lunch...i.e Brunch is ready to satisfy engineer's soul...

Now log on to http://www.fmw11.com . download all the devanand songs along with few Mujrooh Sulataan Puri's 60's and 70's and you are done for the day....

Late evening a visit to Big Bazaar shall kill the full sunday :) what else a forced bachelor shud do in Bangalore .....he he he ....

Incredible movie.....

Every time I watch it ...I find myself humming the sound track of "Raam, Raam, Raam, Raaja Raam Seeta Raam"....I don't know why.....The tune of the sound track is amazing....No other words have moved myself so near to peace.....

Here I still hold, " I do not believe in Lord, But still I believe I know him and he knows me" :)

I tried to find the sound track....on the web..., but was not able to ....so shayad jab bhi kisi ko sun-nee hogi to movie hee dekhi padegi ....anyhow....

.....I do not have anything else to write about the movie....a lot has already been written....

New Year Resolutions 2008

New year is round the corner.....People have started planning for the new year bash, holidays and what not....

I am planning to stay at home :) and enjoy the coziness of the home.....

Unlike other New Years, this time I am decided on the the resolutions :) this year the whole sole goal is to Sleep :) and to sleep more and more often.....

"I have resoluted that I shall be sleeping at least 8-10 hours daily"

I remember rest of the years I use resolute the early to bed and early to rise stuff and was never able to keep it up....

This year I am very much confident to be able to keep it ....coz whatever happens, I know I can spin the time so as to get my sleeping hours ....

Finishing the Blog-log :)

I have been out of touch on what was happening to my blogger world..while I was busy with mine....

I think I have started liking my Laptop Screen as compared to my LCD TV. I feel it's becoz I can place it on the table with all the stuff around and do multiple things at the same time, without even thinking of getting up....
