I do not remember the origin of this forward email, it came long long time back... however what to post in writer's block...
It is advisable to understand the original Laws from http://www.wikipedia.org

1. Newton's Method:
Let, the lion catch you. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. This implies you have caught the lion (Assuming that you're alive).

2. Einstein Method:
Run in the direction opposite to that of the lion. Due to higher relative velocity, the lion will also run faster and will get tired soon. Now you can trap it easily.

3. Schrodinger Method:
At any given moment, there is a positive probability that the lion should be in the cage. So set the trap, sit down and wait.

4. Inverse Transformation Method:
We place a spherical cage in the forest and enter it. Perform an inverse transformation with respect to lion Lion's in and we are out!

5. Thermodynamic Procedure:
We construct a semi-permeable membrane which allows every thing to pass in it except the lions. Then sweep the entire forest with it.

6. Integration Differentiation Method:
Integrate the forest over the entire the area. The lion is somewhere in the result. So differentiate the result PARTIALLY w.r.t. the lion to trace out the lion.

I thought I coined it, however google told me that Crowdcast exist as a company on this globe...hmmmm
anyhow more to come on what I thought and what meaning on the globe exist already.

I thought Crowdcast should mean sending out a message to group of people with intent and direction to them to distribute it further without any second thought...like a wave....for e.g Crowdcast the Profile, Resume, CV...means sending it to the group of people you know of and telling them to forward it further in their groups and they keep on doing the same in their network...so on and so forth...this will make the CV reach almost every HR desk with very high velocity.

He never imagined that it can happen to him. He use to walk every evening across the shore since he finally decided to settle in this city...far from almost everybody who knew him. But today he felt his heart sinking more and more as he is walking along...

Today is May 12, 2058 - he is supposed to celebrate 80th birthday...but he is not...he never planned for it...he always believed he shall not live more that 40-45 years....but somehow...somewhere...something went wrong or too correct and he continued to live...

He saw the demise of all the loved ones...and very near ones...he forces himself to try to remember names of his few friends, the life and moments ...and all of sudden...life start rolling in front of him just like a reeling movie...

It's been long slumber sleep...I do not know if such long sleep was worth it ....there is bit of guilt of sleeping so long...anyhow...

So folks...here am I...it's been an year now....I restrained myself from many activities...I wanted so much not to do so...but couldn't help it...so there were very little updates over the social network (aka circle now) ...ppl are already moving from facebook to google+...

anyways...it took a lunar eclipse, my parents visit...few hiccups...and a thorough scolding from soul to wake me up....

I am up now...watching new episode of "bikini destination" on Zee Trendz...after a long long time...it's reminding me of 2006...when I bought my Sony LCD in Bangalore.damn costly.but who cared and Oh lord...what fun it was...!!!! bachelor hood nights...deadly combination...friends, booze and seductive sessions going on ....

I am looking forward to meeting my few of my school mates @ Noida ...mugs of beers will be spilled....after an year of arrival in NCR...it's finally happening...I know I am gonna luv the time...'ll be singing the songs ....and cracking the same old jokes and pun...

another effect i will soak in this weekend will be the last movie in Harry Potter Series....The Deathly Hollows.....

Harry Potter had been a ultimate journey for me...I loved the plot, the character, the story flow...and the thought...I know for many many years...it will continue to brew inside me and many many philosophies, theories, judgement and single liners will come out of it...will be quoted very often... :)..just like I use stories from Ramayan, Mahabharat and Geeta on my test subjects...

Two Weeks Notice - Sounds familiar right :) Wonderful movie it was...wasn't it? Well, before you start thinking about the movie..lemme set the pace of the post...this "Two weeks Notice" is not used in romantic note as that of movie [there is no Sandra bullock or Hugh Grant in my life :( ] Anyhow..sorrows apart ;)...It's used in strictly literary meaning here...Yes...many of you have guessed it right..."Two Weeks Notice" has begun...

I wrote earlier about April 19, 2010 - as the date to take the next step...so folks...as planned...the step is taken.

I do not know how and why...but it seems the stars above are planning a greater churn here and there...I received long lost money yesterday ;)..."Sashi Tharoor" resigns, & after a long time the polarity of my thoughts is changing towards positivity of huge magnitude...something which is surprising me the most...

It seems that there is something already written somewhere...and all these happenings are actually falling in place to solve a larger puzzle...

Anyhow...let's leave future to unravel itself at its own pace...and enjoy the joy of being Alive :)

आखिर क्या होती है ये प्रसव वेदना? प्रसव वेदना वो दर्द है जो हर माँ को होता है, जब वो जन्म देती है. जब इस संसार में आगमन होने वाला होता है एक शिशु का.
कैसी होती है प्रसव वेदना ? क्या ये कभी कोई पुरुष महसूस कर सकता है?

जब पहली बार ये सवाल उठा था, तो मेरे पास कोई जवाब नहीं था...या फिर शायद मैं भी ये मान लेने को राज़ी था कि नहीं, एक पुरुष कभी ये महसूस नहीं कर पायेगा, क्यूंकि वो तो जन्म ही नहीं देता...

पर आज शायद ये कुछ ऐसी ही वेदना मैं स्वयं महसूस कर रहा हूँ... नहीं, मैं किसी शिशु को जनम नहीं देने वाला हूँ....मैं तो अपनी जीवन यात्रा के एक पड़ाव पर खड़ा हूँ...मैं तो यहाँ जन्म देने वाला हूँ अपने अगले दशक कि यात्रा को...मेरे सम्मुख कुछ यक्ष प्रश्न हैं...जिनके उत्तर बिना प्रसव के जन्म नहीं लेंगे...

Today, at last I am settled for the date of next step.... the date is April 19, 2010 and next step is starting cleaning the toxic waste gathered in last 10 years...

This year will mark completion my first 10 years after college...Yes, 10 long years in software industry...

How do I characterize these 10 years, did I gained or did I lost...the more I am think on these...more confusing it becomes...

After 10 long years...I find myself, on similar cross-road, where I was standing, when I was about be start fresh from college...

I remember, I was about to leave college and there was no job at hand...I decided to prepare for CAT without any safety net :) full of zeal and enthusiasm...no second thoughts, on what will others think....In last 10 years...something has gone wrong somewhere it seems...somewhere I have started considering...what will others think..This is not what I wanted ...I want to be free...I want to be free of this burden of 10 years of experience ...I want to start afresh...

I still remember the fragrance of being fresh ....

Yes...this is what I am looking for...This is what will make me to live for many more decades...the thought of being fresh...

Finally at last humney apna night schedule fix ker liya...and kal raat bana he daaley Mooli key Parathey....

firang sey kuch to bade bade log aaye huey hain office mein, unkey chakker mein ek ghatiya sa lunch hua...so dinner mein kuch dhung ka khaney ki tamanna thi...ghar pahuchte hue bazz gaye humko 9:30 PM...per hum gharaye nahin ...

Humney fridge khola and paya ki wahan hain kewal 4 mooli (jo fresh to nahin lag rahi thi) ...dimaag mein khayal aaya - "second hand fridge ka yahi nuksaan hai...nayi technology ka fayeda nahin utha saktey...kher...is baar jab shift karoonga ye fridge yahin fek ker jayoonga...but fridge ne saath bahut diya...ab kanha milta hai, do hazar rupay mein 200liter ka videocon ka fridge... (mein batata hoon :) chennai mein ...he he h e)"

anyways...coming back...so I found that I have 4 mooli, 4 tinde (I donot know isko angrezi mein

kya kehte hai...but it's green and small like tomatoes and cooked with onion and 1 single aloo, without water)

so humnay banayi sabzi, and then banaya mooli ghiss ker uska masala ...photo for proof

and fir hum fata fat, paratheny banaye...ek key baad ek...bun ker tayar huey 5 parathey :)

and finally 1 hour ki mehnat

Raat mein chain sey khaker...humney aaram ki ek chai banayi aur phir hum so gaye....

Arrey soney sey pehley kaafi mehnat bhi kari...kal humko pata chala ki hamara HTC diamond plays MP4 video :) so ab.... I use real player to download from youtube in .flv format and then use VLC to convert it to .mp4 and then bluetooth to copy it to HTC ...and then listen and view them every day while I walk to office :)

This place is great ...I can walk to office ...reading newspaper...on the street and listening to music all the while :) travel time 7 minutes...

Do not ask what all I have dealt with in last 3 weeks...By God....City shift karna bahut he mahabharat ka kaam hai....

Only person who enjoyed this shift to his heart content is my son...He is just 16 Months and he knows how to enjoy each moment...

He enjoyed packing the house...everything or anything which he could lift, while we (Me and My Wife) were packing, he will bring it either in the box or out of the box...he will take out small stuffs from the carton boxes and show it to us...and run away with it :) it was a real good sight to see him running and my wife speeding behind him uttering all kinda lingo she can ...he he he...

and then we arrived in Pune on Sunday night...Movers and packers ...those guys...as always delayed the delivery by a day ...so whole Monday became fun-day for my son...he had full 3 BHK house...all empty to run around ....shout his heart out and listern to the echoes...and laugh at it....

Next day on tuesday when load arrived...while me & my darling wife is busy figuring out where to place what...my son ...he is climbing on lower cartons...jumping from them....kicking all boxes and then his dance on my "sleepwell mattress"...amazing sight....

He made sure that his Casio Synthesizer is opened and is up & running within first few hours...In last 2 days of unpacking the packed house...he has learned blowing a mouth-organ and flute too....and what a pleasure he takes out of each moment....

It's High time for Hirdu to learn from his son to enjoy each moment of togetherness in life

I am enjoying my freedom after getting relieved on thursday...Friday went away in sleeping for the most part and now in the middle of the night, while I am writing the post...its raining heavy in Bangalore...

Wow...Fantastic Rain...After a long time I can enjoy the feel...of being free...without stupid tensions of checking google news, I can now feel free to entangle myself with greater nature....

Last few months were like working in "Age old confused Post Office" ....where no-body has any clue of what is to be done on which counter...

Anyways...all this is gonna be thing of past...Next week brings me new day...full of joy...

I feel real sorry for the folks who are still sitting confused in office which works on principle of POP3 (Post Office Protocol) ;) ... he he he...do I ?

anyways...It's not always luck...sometimes it's written in destiny...

Last Working Day in Bangalore

Today Thursday August 13, 2009 is going to be my last working day in Bangalore. It's been 3 years since I landed in Bangalore, with just few items in hand...

Bangalore treated me very well. I got married, bought my car, became dad, grown a lot professionally, made many new friends. Actually, as of today whatever I call mine, I got in Bangalore...

But all this came at a cost. I lost most part of my sleep, got into more and more stress. Everybody is so busy in Bangalore, that they do not have time even for themselves..forget about friends.

Anyways....August 17, 2009, I will be in New City..joining a newer Company...to work with almost unknown people. Unlike all the moves, I have made in past, this one is unique. I don't know single person in the whole city...

While people are talking about Swine Flu across the nation, I fear the fear of unknown...

But whatever it is... In my heart I know, this is gonna be new chapter, which "LORD HIMSELF" is gonna write for me.

Although I am very sad 'coz I am leaving the city, so many friends here...But as always, I am hopeful for the new beginning I am gonna face now...

It's the fragrance of New Paint on the Wall which is calling me...

So Guys & Gals...While I exit Bangalore...only words I wanna echo...

Yes ....I am Exiting Bangalore...

Where Am I moving....Well...It's almost decided... but I feel it shall be better If I let you all know...once I reach there....

and one more thing...I need you to pray for me...It's not that I am afraid of shift...but these are difficult times...and even Harry Potter needed the lucky charm....that is what I am also counting on....

I have taken a discount this time...and also retraced some of my path backwards without turning...just to make sure that I am still able to revolve and rotate in the orbit....

I am now Diabetic (High Sugar) - ab daily 4 cup meethi meethi chai piyoge, phir raat mein uth uth ker chori sey fridge mein sey nikaal kar mithai khayoge to kya hoga...Ab bhugto...sab band ker diya hai doctor ney...

I have High Cholestrol (High Tgs (Triglycerydes...kuch to aisi he spelling hai) ) - Grrrr....Abe....Nutralite butter key paranthey khane sey kuch nahin hota...but office mein daily heavy lunch....Pizzas, Garlic bread with extra cheese ye sab kuch to gul khilayenge...and uskey uper sey picture dekhtey huey PVR mein burgers with that jumbo combo....ab bhugto....

and last but not the least....High BP....This is the perfect travel path towards...extraordinary lifestyle on bed....

Abey jab industry kilag rahi hai itni watt....

to yeah sab dilayenge kewal Khaat (Bed) ....

Sudher ja...Itni tension lene ka koi matlab nahin hai....Project is not worth for so much trouble....Ab bhugto....

So Hirdu has High Sugar, High Cholestrol...and High B.P...What else can any one ask for in recession with sword hanging every day on the job...

Any...Daro nahin sathiyo...Darr sabhi ko lagta hai...but darr key aage jeet hai...

Isliye...Hum aakkal kha rahein daily Paanch Tablets...2 for sugar...2 for BP, and 1 for Cholestrol...Iskey saath...Chai and Coffee with Sugar Free...only....No Smoking...No Daaroo...No Chicks...I mean Chicken...and no fishy affair...

Iskey Saath he roz subeh ...Biwi utha deti hai humko jayo Daud laga ker aayo... :( ....life mein kuch to Walk when you talk...wala idea shuroo ho gaya hai....

But a lot changes once a person gets High Sugar detected....Life is almost on the edge...

You might have wondered, Why back to back posts in hindi and that too, a bit tougher ones....well here is the reason :)

1. I was not able to post from a long time.
2. There were many issues going around.
3. During that time, I read too much of Hindi literature (Ardhnarishwar - Vishnu Prabhakar, Agatsya katha, Yudh, Abhigyan - all 3 by Narendra kohli)

All the above had combined effect....

1. I start talking more in hindi and at times my wife gave puzzled look at me, trying to find meaning out of my diction :)
2. even my thought process started to bring in tough to tougher hindi words while I think...
3. finally I needed some place to vent the feel out ...and blog is nearest way for me...

This post was in drafts since 2006....I have already forgotten what it was about...but anyways...there are 2 interesting thoughts in it.

Thy shall have people believe that whatever is not RIGHT is WRONG...But folks if you look around a bit, thy shall discover that...whatever is not RIGHT is either LEFT or Straight। So folks whenever in life you find that something is not Right then try to look around and thy shall discover that there is either something to your Left or you just have to move straight a bit and then thy shall never fall in trap of RIGHT & WRONG.

Initially, I desired not to tell you about it...but I feel till I write about it...I wont be able to continue... "Mind Fucking" ;) Intersting topic...Isn't it. Well, I have met very few ppl who mastered this art...When they talk...They F*ck...really...They tamper your thoughts to the parameters you never have imagined and then slowly and slowly they mould you the way they desired. Incredible isn't it...Too much of strategy goes into it...anyhow...talks about it shall come later...

It's written...somewhere...by somebody...it can be your Raam, or your Khuda...whomsoever it is ...He has alrready written it....

then why do we all fight with it all the time...why do not we accept whatever comes to us...or Do we try to prove anything...by not accepting it... ???

What is it that keeps me rolling...or u rolling ahead...or take back...the steps already moved...??
Do you know...? or Do I know...? I feel...I know some of it....
It's the "Free Will"....While writing our destiny...He himself granted the free will...It's the same free will, that makes us to makes choices....everytime...all the time...that is why we agree to disagree with what is already written..try to prove otherwise and most times...though we might not be making any difference to the result ...but what we do really is that we change the perception...we make it feel to us that...this has happened coz we did made that choice...

It is you, yourself and your own ego that decides the Success or Failure....

Finally ...at last...Hirdu has spoken....

I am kicking butts :) including my fav cig butts too...

So as I am writing this, 4 AM in the morning...I am about to kick the last cig of first cig pack in 2009...

Ya ya ...I know many of u will say...what the heck hirdu...you are smoking a cig and talk about kicking butts...well...friends...if I donot smoke it...how will I kick it... pretty neat ...right...

anyways...so this should be the last smoke of the year...But still...since the world is not perfect...there might be some abberrations that can happen during the year...

so that was about the cigs...what next...okay...it's again butts :) I have already started kicking A-holes, around... :) lot of them....all real ones...assholes...with Capital A written on the head....
